|Will my data be secure?|
|Our security and monitoring measures include the following:|
|SSL Data Encryption – DocuTracks leverages the strongest encryption products to protect your data transmission, including 128-bit SSL certification. The lock icon in the browser indicates that data are fully shielded from access while in transit.
Physical Security – Our secure hosting facility is equipped with state-of-the-art security features, including 24-hour staffing, photo identification systems, and biometric identification devices.
System Redundancy – Our hosting system is designed for 24x7x365 operation, and has built-in redundancy at every point. It includes RAID 5 storage, multiple redundant web, application, database and file servers, and redundant power supplies, air conditioning and backup equipment.
Perimeter Defense – Our servers are continuously monitored for attempted network attacks on a 24 x 7 basis, using sophisticated software tools.
Data Security - The customer owns all customer files uploaded to DocuTracks. Most DocuTracks employees do not have direct access to the production servers. However, a limited number of employees have access for necessary system management, maintenance, monitoring, security and backup procedures.
Back-Up - All customer data are automatically backed up on a nightly basis, and stored at a secure, off-site facility.
User Authentication– A valid username and password are required to access DocuTracks. All transactions are authenticated.
Operating System Security– DocuTracks enforces tight operating system-level security by using a minimal number of access points to all production servers. We protect all system accounts with passwords and follow best practices for periodically modifying them. All operating systems and applications are maintained at each vendor's recommended patch levels for security.
|How can I share files using DocuTracks?|
You can distribute files to anyone using DocuTracks. For each distribution, simply choose one or more delivery options including online, e-mail, or print & mail.
|How can I add users to my account?|
|You have the option to add users through your User Profile TAB once you are signed into DocuTracks. There is no limit to the number of users you can add to an account.|
|What if I want to add a large number of users–is there a volume discount?|
